Question about HP P2360AA Keyboard/Mouse
Rule 1, never post email addresses, unless zillion spams in your email forever is fun?
what PC? the books are free at HP, but you never told me which PC you own so cant not answer 100% accurate.
what mouse. P2360AA ok, google shows...
ahh wireless, try a new battery (4xAA) in the wireless devices.
they use a battery so it can talk to the unstated PC to function.
your only risk is a dad mouse or dead keyboard,
it will never ever go to Phasor Overload. (Star Trek)
read the manual much.
hp has the manual, read it , to learn what those indicators mean?
there are 3 pieces, here, kbd, mouse and wireless panel box.
the USB receiver box, has lamps too.
you are saying the LED that glows is on top of the mouse.
?both the mouse and KBD both have batteries and a hatch to reach them.
read page 6 in your manual.
the kbd has many lamps tool call covered in the manaul
google finds the manual in 1 second, flat.
the mouse bottom does have and LED that makes it work.
these HP devices all warn you when the batteries get low.
so say HP.
or ask them your self.

SOURCE: A red light came from
The light for the mouse pad is to let you know when it is turned on or off.My hp/Compaq has the same thing it's a lock feature for the mouse pad while your typing you just manually turn on or off by pressing a button usually right next to the mouse pad could be on top, bottom or either side.I have a Dell now so couldn't tell if the light on means mouse pad is locked for typing or not. On my HP/Compaq the button it right below the spacebar. Should check directly on hp support page or see if they have the manual for you exact unit to see where the lock button is and if the light means on or off.
