I performed a diagnostic check, holding the power scrubber, normal wash and pressing the power button and it looks like '11 _' continues to flash.

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa,

Initially I`d suspect a control/timer issue however, I`m curious about the display.

How would you describe what is being displayed ?

I`ll watch for your reply.

I replied with an email but maybe I should include my response here as well.

the best description I can provide is it looks like an asterick with 2 or 3 dashes behind it and flashing very quickly.

Hello again, Sorry I`ve been away and unable to reply sooner.

The issue you`re describing is very unusual, in fact I contacted a service training rep I know at Bosch and he didn`t even know.

However, if you can provide me with the serial number I can pull up any "repair tip" that could be in the system, but they are specific only to serial numbers.

The serial number will be below the model number and begin with "FD".

I`ll watch for your reply and move forward from there.

    Thanks,

    Macmarkus :)

    Hello again,

That makes much more sense...though it`s not good. the error code "11" indicates a fault with the NTC1 or NTC2.

These are part of the heat pump, hence the entire heat pump must be replaced. If you want to email me at macmarkus@live.com I can send you the complete service & repair manual, that would save from trying to explain the "how to" and you can also see the in & out of your machine with all the error codes etc.

    I`ll watch for your reply.

    Regards,

    Macmarkus :)

    Hello again,

I just got home and was reviewing my earlier post because I hadn't seen any emails in my live account, that's when I realized I posted the wrong address. I'm soory. The address should have read macmarkus@liva.ca. Not dot com.

Hope this hasn't caused too much inconvenience to you.

I'll watch for your reply or email.

    Hi again,

Boy you`d think I was intentionally trying to sabotage this help I`m intending to provide. I`m sorry but once again I posted the wrong live email account.

My windows live email is macmarkus@live.ca neither of my previous attempts where correct. I was wondering why I hadn`t heard from you.

If you`ve made attempts to email me, I`m sorry. Please try again, this is the proper address now.

    Regards,

    Macmarkus :)

You can increase the size of text by pressing control + or - buttons press control button first. Also there is zoom in the tools section and also you can increase the size of text in the control panel or the web page under tools sections of most browsers. If we new the browser or what you text is small in or even if it was small every where you can change the resolution size of your Windows. Win 7 you can incease text by going to control panel click on display once there go to where it says increase your text size. Not sure what your operating system is either. So assuming it is Win 7 I hope that this assists you. John

The control panel display is blank on my lexmark x6570 printer

If the LCD on the operator panel constantly displays black bars/boxes or other unusual characters, take the following steps:
1. Disconnect the power supply from the printer.
2. Wait for about one minute, then reconnect the power supply and check the LCD display.
3. If black boxes/bars or unusual characters are still displaying constantly, move the power supply to a different power outlet.
4. If the black boxes/bars or unusual characters are still displaying, the scanner ribbon cable may need to be reseated. Do the following:

1. Lift the scanner flatbed. (Open the printer as if attempting to install cartridges.)
2. Look in the back right corner of the 6150/70 for an access cover.
3. Press firmly on the front right corner of the access cover to reseat the scanner ribbon cable that is located underneath the access panel.

On some sites where a password or a payment amout is required, the box is too small and dashes enter instead of numbers

Are you using the numbers keypad on your keyboard, but you have not set NUM LOCK on? You get no characters or odd characters when you type this way.
Passwords usually do not display the actual characters in order to avoid prying eyes from learning what your password is. This is normal.
If you have trouble seeing very small text, and if you're using Vista, try the Accessibility Options or Ease of Access from the Control Panel. These allow you to selectively enlarge a certain area of the screen, or you may wish to change the resolution of your monitor in order to see less of a desktop, but larger text and icons. Try Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Adjust Screen Resolution.
If you would like to keep your high resolution but still have trouble reading small text, try the Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Personalization and change the font size from 96 to 120 DPI (dots per inch).
Good luck!

TI-89 menus (f1,f2,f3,etc.) a couple words are unreadable

Part of the display control has failed disabling sections of the display. You might check with TI to see if they have a fair repair price, this is not likely to be one you can solve.
The only possibility would be to disassemble the case to gain access to the display. If TI doesn't repair them at a fair cost, you might try to remove the LCD display from its mounting or, if it seems practical, to stress the display from the side. The contacting of an LCD is done with a silicone rubber strip with embedded fine wires that carry the control signals from the printed circuit board to lightly plated corresponding contacts on the glass of the LCD. The positioning of this strip is extremely critical and is dependent on precise pressure on the silicone strip. Yours may have 'slipped' but the error could be cause by poor positioning at the factory that has just now revealed itself. The difference between contact and no contact at the junction of the strip and plated glass area could be a couple thousandths of an inch. You may make it worse instead of better but if it is unreadable anyhow, it really doesn't matter.
