Question about Foxconn 945GZ7MC-RS2H Motherboard
I don't think we should directly blame it to the Power Supply, but I can't make it very thorough since you didn't mention whether the system can boot up or not even without display or not. Can you hear beeps or fans' sound when you press the Power button on the computer? Have you tried the monitor on another computer? or have you tried another monitor on your computer? or have you check the video cable? Have you checked the Ram? Have you checked the power supply unit (smps)? Have you checked the Power cables? and many more. If you haven't done all these, do one by one and replace the necessary components respectively and keep trying, if nothing's worthy, then it must be the video card on the motherboard which I would recommend installing a new video card (add-on graphics card). It's also possible that there's problem with the Motherboard bios.
In most cases, the Ram is the cause, once you replaced or checked Ram, you'll be able to find out what exactly is the root of the problem.
These are the basic steps of troubleshooting a display problem.
