Question about Dell E207WFP LCD Monitor
Check your PC with another monitor to confirm if the PC is giiving the data required for start up. If not the monitor driver card can be faulty.
However if the PC works fine then the LCD is not starting you due failrue in the interface circuit of the monitor port that makes the PC trigger to boot up the system.
It can be a failure of this IC in this section.
