Hello The fan blade has come loose. You need an small adlustable wrench or sometimes it takes an hex allen key.On the fan blade hub (center) is a hole (takes allen key) or square screw.Loosen that and lift/pull up the blades.Lock down the screw so it won't move.Chech the entire hub sometimes there is 2 screws.

Dryer is making a terrible racket, but drys perfectly.

It depends on the noise. It could be a drum roller going bad, the idler pulley, or even something caught in the blower wheel. Can you describe the noise?

Cooler makes noise, when it rotates.please help.

Stop beating up the tower before you damage the harddisk! If the case/PSU is out of warranty, take the PSU out and get the fan replaced. You can do it yourself, just observe the arrow direction on the fan (usually the round label should point out) and wire colors (the fan should blow out). Observe also all the precautions since the capacitors inside can hold a significant charge.

Out of balance drum WM2277HW?

More than likely it did not get reinstalled right after the move. All four of the leveling legs must be firmly touching the floor. If one is even the thickness of a piece of paper off the floor it will start to rock during spin and the problem just amplifies itself. Make sure it's perfectly level and that all the feet are firmly on the floor.
