Looks like you need a 110 punch down tool. I would get a spring loaded one that cuts the cable automatically. It is truly the only way to go with terminations.

For the dressmaker II, the first bobbin, I got through step 1-5 but where the does step 6 go BECUZ that's really trippin me, PLS tell me. And the instruction is not clear at all, I don't understand it

Hi Vicky, I hope this helps you:
1. Remove the slide cover plate by sliding it toward you, and lift
up the bobbin and the bobbin case from the machine.
2. Put the bobbin pin into the hole on top of the hand wheel and
place an empty bobbin on the bobbin pin (spindle).
3. Lift the large spool pin from the back of the machine and
place the spool of thread on the large spool pin.
4. Place the bobbin winder tension clip into the hole in the back
of the machine.
5. Pull the thread to the left and pass it through the bobbin
winder tension disc.
6. Insert the thread through the hole in the bobbin from the inside
out and leave about 3" of thread out. (ensure that the hole on the bobbin is facing upwards)

7. Hold the end of the thread and start the machine, either by
pressing on the start button or the foot control. After the
bobbin winds a few turns, stop the machine and cut the thread
close to the bobbin. (Cut the thread end that is protruding from the hole at the top of the bobbin).

8. Start the machine again and continue winding until the bobbin
is full or the quantity of thread is enough for your needs.
9. Stop the machine and cut the thread. Remove the bobbin from
the bobbin pin.
10.Take out the bobbin pin from the hand wheel and push back
the large spool pin into the slot in the back of the machine.

Good luck :)

Broke a shear bolt on my craftsman 5.5 hp snowblower 24 inch/ the original unbroken side is a bolt with a nut. the storage bolts in a sealed pack are a copperlike bpolt or pin with a copperlike curved...

Is there a hole thru the shaft of your replacement shear pin ?
If so the curved wire is a retention clip. Pull the clip out of the pin. insert into the proper location. The straight part goes thru the hole and the curved part automatically clips over the shaft to hold the shear pin in place.

Frigidaire Model NMER336FS0 How do I change the interior light bulb in the drum?

Unplug the dryer first, of course. With a putty knife, locate the clips under the front of the main top to release the spring clips. Lift the top and support it open. Disconnect any wire clips that are attached to the front panel, such as the door switch wires or wiring harness. There may be a zip tie attached to the wiring harness that you have to remove simply by cutting it off. On the inside, remove the front panel mounting screws down along the front inside edge of the panel. Pull the front panel up and out to remove. Disconnect the wires from the light bulb, carefully noting which wires go where, and press the release tab to remove the old light bulb housing. Install the new bulb and assembly by inserting it into the front panel and snapping it into place. Reattach the wires. Replace the front panel by aligning the slots at the bottom of the panel with the support clips. Lift on the front of the drum as you snap the front panel into place. Replace the panel screws and reattach any wiring that you disconnected to remove it. Rotate the top back into place, pressing down on the front to secure the spring clips. Plug it back in and voila! Good luck!

Is it difficult to install a new RAM on the e-machine M5305 series laptop?

No, not really but you have to be careful about electronic static. A eletrostatic strap or grounding must be observed before entering the laptop body.
The batteries are located in a compartment on the bottom of the laptop.
there are maybe 1 or 2 screws holding the battery compartment secure.
Proper placement of the new ram is essential to the the installation .

To remove and install a memory module:
1. Power off your notebook and close the display. Disconnect all cables,
including the AC power adapter, modem, and network cables.
2. Place your notebook upside down on a stable work surface.
3. Remove the memory compartment cover screw and cover.
Before performing any of the procedures in this section,
follow industry-standard practices for preventing
electrostatic discharge. See the Warning note.
To prevent damage to your notebook, remove the installed
battery pack before replacing this component.
this is the instruction from the user manual:
To remove an existing memory module, gently press outward on the
retaining clips on both sides of the memory module 1 until the memory
module is released and tilts upward. Then, pull the module out of the slot 2.
getting started
5. To insert a new memory module, hold the memory module at a 45-degree
angle and insert it into the empty memory slot 1.
Gently press down on the module until the retaining clips click into place 2.
6. Replace the memory compartment cover and retaining screw. Insert the
battery pack and reconnect your cables.
The memory module is keyed so that it can be inserted in
only one direction. If the module does not slide in easily,
verify that the notch in the module lines up with the tab in
the memory slot.

Ignition switch removal.

The switch body is threaded on the rear-of-dash side, and there is a large nut which threads on to tighten the switch to the dash. There may also or instead be a large C-clip, E-clip, or wavy spring clip which fits into a slot on the back of the switch. Some models (like my 68 Tempest) even had a press-in roll pin that had to be removed. My 65 Chevelle had the nut and the C-clip. Unplug the wiring connector first, and then on the floor on your back look under the dash to find it and remove it. You may have to remove the instrument panel bezel from the dash frame (several screws) in order to see/reach the back of the switch.
This is not one of the easiest interior electrical jobs to do, but they put it in, so it will come out, I always say.

My Inspiron 1525 does not recognize the memory I added. It had 3GB, I removed the 1GB and added a 2GB. When it did not register the additional memory, I put the old one back in and it now does not...

Once you change the ram, you have to boot to the system setup so that the BIOS can recognize the new module.
When inserting the ram module in the slot, it should be at a 30 degree angle to the system and inserted till the golden contacts can not be seen looking straight down at the slot. Then press the module down until the retention clips click. The top edge of the contacts should then be barely visible.
Once the RAM has been properly inserted, then boot to the system setup, exit then boot to windows

How do i install memory modules in a dell dimension 3000

This is Gabriel here . Please follow these steps to install the memory:

Lay the computer on its side so the system board is on the bottom of the inside of the computer. If necessary, remove a memory module: Press out the securing clip at each end of the memory module connector.

Grasp the module and pull up. If the module is difficult to remove, gently ease the module back and forth to remove it from the connector.

To insert a module, press out the securing clip at each end of the memory module connector.

Align the notch on the bottom of the module with the crossbar in the connector. Insert the module straight down into the connector, ensuring it fits into the vertical guides at each end of the connector.

Press firmly on the ends of the module until it snaps into place. If you insert the module correctly, the securing clips snap into the cutouts at each end of the module.Replace the computer cover.

LED light too dim, is there a brigher LED kit?

You need these parts:
- Low profile GU24 socket (Maxlite MLGSIIB)
- GU24 CFL bulb (Progress Lighting MLS13GUSWW6)
- Threaded pipe fitting, nut, washer
- 2 wire nuts

Here is how to fix it for a few bucks. You need a low-profile GU24 socket (Maxlite MLGSIIB), which is readily available in large mail order channels. You also need a GU24 compact fluorescent bulb (Progress Lighting MLS13GUSWW6) that is available through Home Depot mail order or other internet retailers. To my knowledge, these are the only parts that fit into the low-profile glass.
You'll also need a threaded pipe fitting and a proper size nut for attaching the GU24 base to the holder, both readily available at the ceiling fan section in HD. You'll also need a washer underneath the nut to hold the socket in place. Put your MacGyver skills to work.
To change the parts, uninstall the light fixture by unscrewing the glass, then removing three screws that hold the LED plate in place. Disconnect the LED wire connection and a larger white connection behind it. Then remove three more screws that holds the rest of the light fixture up and remove it from the fan.
Once on the desk, remove the back plate wire cover (3 screws) so you have access to the wires. Unscrew and remove the rectangular box (120v-12v converter), you won't be needing it any longer. Cut the black and white wires close to the module - you'll be attaching the GU24 socket wires to those wires.
Remove the LED circuit board from the plate by pinching the plastic standoffs and then pulling them out. Install the GU socket to the larger hole at the center of the plate using a pipe fitting, washer and a nut. Notice that it fits perfectly - it was probably originally designed to use this socket! You may need a washer that is the appropriate size to hold the socket in place. I also used a piece of bent paperclip underneath the washer to hold everything tight.
Remove the white thermal sleeve from the LED module wiring and insert it over the GU24 socket wires just like it was with the LED wire. This is to prevent heat damage to the wires when they touch the metal edges. Using smaller wire nuts, connect the black and white wires to the wires you cut off earlier when removing the 12v module.
Put everything back together, install the light bulb, and enjoy a much brighter light from this beautiful ceiling fan.
