If you have a pci sound card it should have the model name and number on it, if you know what kind computer you have you can download drivers off the manufacturers website or from driverguide.com if you dont have either of these but have onboard soun the motherboard might say on it what graphics are used if not the motherboard will have model number on it that will tell you everything you can just type it in a search engine and hit search again go to the manufacturer for drivers or driverguide.com to get some of these numbers you have to open up the tower so be careful or get help
