Just had that problem myself and it turns out the heater was faulty and needed replaced.
Mines would go as far as filling up and as soon as the heater kicked in, it would trip the main fuse.
Heater was replaced and all is working now... although engineer also found a seperate fault with pump, and will replace that in a couple days - included within the original Dyson call out charge - £99

How do i repair a f11 code on my dyson cro1 contrarotor

Get Dyson out, the powerboard has failed, don't be fooled into thinking replacing the fuse on the board will do the job, it doesn't, a component has failed on the PCB which has caused the fuse to blow in the first place, £95 call out i'm afraid.

Dyson cro1 fault f11 came up after interupted power suply

normally error like this disappear when a hard reset is performed? did you leave the unit turned off by plugging out from wall power for one night ??

The F11 fault is a fuse blown on the circuit board.
Apparently this fuse failing can blow the board so you may have to change the board if needed. The board is located at the back of the machine so you need to take the back off, unplug the board, change the fuse which you can buy at Maplins and put the board back.
If it works fine, if not then you need a new board. Hope this helps you.
First make sure machine is turned off.
Second press & hold temperature button .
Thirdly press the on button & hold at the same time as the temperature button.
Fourthly release the 2 buttons at the same time .
Fifthly press the soil button .
Sixly turn machine off then back on & F11 message saying fault F11 must disappear.

if not try this process once again. if the error is not cleared then you will have to do as i have said you earlier.
