PowerEdge t110. powered on, led 134 light up a sec, the system fan starts & shuts off. then all leds 1234 light up and off. all turns off & after few seconds, the amber light goes on and no blinking.

Sounds like the power supply is dying. Startup is the highest power draw. If there is a CD or DVD drive, make sure there is no disk in the drive. The optical drive startup is a huge power draw when starting. You should also disconnect any eternal peripherals. You might want to try disconnecting the hard drives, as they also have a large draw. If it starts after that, your supply is probably dying. Looks like a 300 watt supply. Looks like these are about the age I'd epect a power supply to die. I'd get a supply rated about 500 watts, but make sure if fits. Dell often uses proprietary supplies that are odd sizes. I'd look for supply from pc power and cooling or look at the site for reviews of any 500 watt model that will fit.

Bought a new power supply since the previous power supply looked burned and short circuited. Installed the new power supply and sparks flew inside the Tv right when I plugged it in.

If you look around at where the sparks came from or for evidence of burnt parts inside the TV - not in the power supply - then you will find the fault that probably caused you bad looking power supply in the first place!

Light goes blue to orange, no picture or sound?

There are two places to look for the problems, the backlight inverter board and the power supply. Look at the power supply first since it is easier to get to, look for blown fuses burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc. Look for 5vdc, 12vdc, and 24dvc. you have to this with the help of multimeter to read...

- You can look at the sample of the power supply board, the picture with the soldering side has labeling of what you should have on the output of the power supply, yours may be labeled on the top side of the board, there are high voltage on the board so you must be real careful, if you are not sure, let the professional handle it.

Good luck in solving the problem.....

Are you looking for the cord that plugs into the the electrical outlet that connects to the external power supply? Or are you are looking for the external power supply as well? If you are looking for just the cord itself, they should be common item that you should be able to purchase and any appliance store.

If you are looking for the cord and the external power supply, there are many online outlets that you can look like ebay, etc. You need to search for a 15 Volt 4 amp universal power supply. I would recommend the universal power supply since it will come with multiple adapters plugs so you should be able to find the right one to fit your monitor. Also note the polarity of the the plug otherwise it might damage your monitor.

I have a ViewSonic N3250W Television with FSP212-3F01 power supply. The power supply looks OK no visible caps problems no burn signs. I get the 5 Volts output OK but not the 12 Volts or 24 volts. The red...

Does the LED kick on when you push the power button or when you apply power? Typically, the 5volts will run the microprocessor and that looks for a command (power button). When it sees a command, it will send a signal to the power supply to kick that on.. so at this point, you want to look for that signal. If you push power and no power on (p_on) signal goes to the supply, its likely your main board.. but if it does, and the supply doesn't react, then maybe its the power supply. I am not totally familiar with this tv, but thats how all of them really work. Even if the caps look good, some could be bad.. look for brands like "capXon, sanXon" are typically the defective ones, theres another but its slipping my mind.. usually 1000uf @ 16v are bad, or 2200uf @ 10v are also common.. you can search the value and the little code, usually like C9M or something and see if that batch has known issues..
let me know what you find, or how I can help

Looking for a smaller fit 14cmX15cmX8.6cm power supply (ATX 12v)

It looks like a standard size case. Any power supply should fit. I doubt you'll find anything under 400 watts nowadays.

Heres a place with great prices on power supplies.. the prices jump around, so browse slowly:
