Dear Customer,

1.if your reciever is 7.1or any other than try to check first power supply kit is it working ok or not, like its not gonna flickering you supply.

2. than try to check reciever amplifier volume control unit

3.than after all at last you have to do disconnect all calbes having plug & play facility than clean all the cables & jumpers & reconnect all species,

4. never run your amplifier at its maximum limits for long time cause its may redeuse your amplifiers life.

What have you tried so far?
Is there anything to indicate why this stopped working?
Have you tried hooking up just one speaker and trying it, possibly one that wasn't on it
Does this happen on all source inputs?

Is this a new system or have you had it for a while, please get back to me on all of these questions so I can further diagnose the problem.

Also if it has any error messages, lights blinking or anything to indicate anything, please let me know. Try all sources and make sure it isn't muted for sure. thanks.

Have you verified that the speakers work?

Make sure you have power getting to your Pioneer VSX 1017.

If you have power on the device and the speakers work before, you could have a defective part inside it.

You really should be an expert to do repairs on these recivers but if that is the case, you can get the maintenance manual here:

Center Channel not working on pioneer vsx-d608

Be sure the sound source has a center channel output ie. not a 2 channel source only, try the test tone setup for 5 or 6 channel balance, if no sound from the center channel still then it is looking like maybe the center channel is blown.

All you have to do is connect the coaxial out from pc to any audio i/p at the back of vsx d512.but ensure you select the right channel to play the audio ( eg. tape i/p select tape at front control, aux i/p select the aux at front control )
