SOURCE: Saeco espresso machine Isn't pulling water at all

Can you brew a coffee? If not then the problem is the pump might be blocked.

SOURCE: How do I properly descale my via venezia espresso

I believe the proper way is to run a vinegar water solution through the machine several times, I don't like to mess around so I use Lime away descaler, run it through both the steamer and the shot dispenser but not letting it get really hot while doing it. then I run several batches of cold clear water through the machine to rinse it.

How to maintain?

should not be needed, use a good descaler solution to clean pipe work, other than that clean what you can get at. I have a delongie, and just put a good descaler through it, other than clean odd coffee grinds out of it.

We have broken the handle on pressurized portafilter for Saeco Via Venezia espresso machine. where can we get replacement?

I don't think the handle is sold separately. Seattlecoffeegear does sells both a bottomless and an unpressurised portafilter for the Via Venezia. Both would be considered upgraded gear vs the pressurized one.

The amount of steam now coming out of the machine is a fraction of what is needed to steam milk. There is no force behind it.

Sounds like either the nozzle holes are blocked and or the machine needs to be descaled.

Very little pressure for heating the milk

Either blockage in the steam panerello OR the machine needs Descaling.

Hi - our Via Venezia has been a GREAT machine, and we love it, but over the past three weeks or so it seems the steamer arm is letting water through and the milk is getting watery. Can we replace that...

Hi
Your water is not getting hot enough to turn the water into great steam so you get more water in your milk. Have you ever descaled your machine?

Steamer won't work

Can you get hot water from machine, if yes then it is posible that the booster tank for the steam valve is damaged. If no then you need to descale machine.

I can't find user manual for Saeco Via Venezia. I

Do not use vinegar, but any non toxic commercial descaler can be used, as long as you remember it is a small machine use less.

Pump sounds loud and slurpy but doesn't pump

Try descaling the machine. Saeco has a suitable solution, although the user manual says 'you may use any commercially available non-toxic descaling agent.' The instructions are set out in the user manual, and are usually on the descaling agent label. It is important to descale regularly, at least every 4-6 months.
