Flashing red light (by 2 users)

when i plug the power cord in and turn on the michine it turns on then emeditly go to a flashing red light and i dont know what that light means can someone elp me!..:) i looked at the bulb it doesnt look blown so i put it back in the michine the right way too but it still goes to the red..:(

I think machine crossed lamp life and should be reset lamp timer, I have also same problem macine not come to the standby mode
