Navigate to the CoreServices folder, which in your system's Library. There, you'll find "Eject.menu" in the Menu Extras folder. Should do the trick.

Here are few ways at this link:

It depends on whether the CD is stuck due to a process or if it is physically stuck. If none of these work, I would advise taking it to a repair facility.

Stuck dvd

Where your cd drive is there is a small hole which you can insert a straightened paper clip into and this should eject the dvd. Hope this helps.

Mini cd got stuck

Hi
You can try tipping the Mac on its side with the DVD drive pointing down and shake it gently while pressing the Eject button on the Keyboard.
If that doesn't work, the only other way is disassembly :(

DVD is stuck on ibook G4

Get a paper clip and straighten it out. There is a very small hole on the side of the DVD player. Stick the paper clip gently inside and it will release the latch. Let me know if you have any questions.

Dvd stuck in my computer

When the Mac is turned on look for the small hole near the dvd drive (slot loading i take it?) you will need to insert a straightened paperclip or similar into the hole, the dvd should pop straight out, if the is no hole then if memory serves me the switch is just inside the slot on the right hand side (don't try if you arent confident as you don't want to risk breaking your drive)

also have you tried booting while holding eject, it's done the trick for me on a mackbook pro once or twice
