Try removing the spray arm (no tools required) and clearing the holes in the arms.

(Sometimes small pieces of food get past the filter and block the apertures).

Also check the filter for cleanliness; making sure that it is screwed firmly back into position.

Wirl pool dishwasher is not cleaning top rack does not get enought pressure

Do you have multiple sprayers or only sprayer for water on the lowest level? If this is the case (only lowest level sprayers), look at how you're loading the bottom rack. If you are putting items that would stop the sprayers, like mixing bowls or casserole pans, that would be stopping the sprayers from hitting the top tier item.

My sprayer is new, but does not keep the pressure, any idea's? It's a 2 gal, pump up type sprayer.

Check under the lid/cover for a rubber gasket. This may have gotten unseated when putting the sprayer top on. It must form a tight seal around the lip of the sprayer top in order to keep the pressure. Alternative: Put water in the sprayer leaving some air on top to build pressure. Put a few drops of dish soap inside and gently stir. Put the cover on, and tilt the sprayer to coat all areas at the top. Start pumping and see where the bubbles come out---there is your leak. If it is near where the sprayer hose enters, and it is a permanent mount, you may have a bad seal. If the sprayer hose unscrews, you may need a new rubber washer inside. If bubbles come out of the wand, or other plastic seams, you may have a crack in the plastic. Depending on the location, you could epoxy over the crack to seal it permanently. Good luck.

Arms are clogged

You may have debris in the sprayer arm jets. It is usually simple to remove the sprayer arms. Then rinse them well using the sink sprayer for forceful water power. I have sometimes had to use a tweezer to remove bits of plastic, paper, bone, or food particles. Once you've remove the debris, rinse well forcing water through to dislodge any other debris. Once you've reattached the sprayer arms, you should have cleaner dishes. Also, some brands of dishwashers have a pipe that runs up the inside back wall and connects to a pipe that runs under the top shelf. Water flowing through this pipe under the top shelf propels the sprayer arms. If the connection at the back is not flush with the "propel" pipe there won't be enough water pressure to turn the sprayer arm. Check to see if your dishwasher has this type of set up.
I hope this works. If it does, please let Fixya know by rating my solution.
Good luck!

Spray arms blocked how do I detach clear/clean them?

You may have debris in the sprayer arm jets. It is usually simple to remove the sprayer arms. In the center of the sprayer arm there is usually a wing nut that unscrews easily and releases the sprayer arm. Once you have removed the arms, rinse them well using the sink sprayer for forceful water power. I have sometimes had to use a tweezer to remove bits of plastic, paper, bone, or food particles. Once you've remove the debris, rinse well forcing water through to dislodge any other debris. Once you've reattached the sprayer arms, you should have cleaner dishes. Top washing sprayers do not work. Bottem works

If your top sprayer arms arent working its probably a problem with the water line from the source to the top arms. These hoses are usually inside the machine itself and will require a professional to open up and check. There really isnt alot that you can do by yourself on this one, sorry.

Frigidaire dishwasher doesn't seem to wash top rack. The dishes are oily with stuff dried on them. It worked for several years before this. I took out the sprayer and ran water thru it to make sure it...

Have you taken the tube that goes to the top sprayer off and washed that out as it may be clogged especially where the sprayer goes on it has a small opening.

Sprayer wont spray or hold pressure

We use the both the 425 and 475 solo sprayers most days at work and when they start to lose pressure ( after 6 months of daily professional use) we purchase a complete seal kit and put it through them. The only part I can't work out how to remove is the inside cylinder, other than that everything else is easily removed and replaced.
