If you deleted your cookies, you deleted your automagic log ons. You now need to remember your logons and passwords.
Not want you wanted to hear but that is it.

How do I clean my cache

As you surf the Web and enter log in information, some sites store your personal information in files called cookies.

Cookies save your log in data so that you don't have to enter the information each time you visit a site.

In addition, some sites save site data such as images and documents in your browser's cache.

These temporary files can speed up the time it takes to visit the website in the future.

If you want to get rid of cookies and cache data, you can do so by following a few steps.

Open Internet Explorer and select "Safety" on the toolbar.

Select "Delete Browsing History..." and select the boxes next to "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files."

Click "Delete" to clean your cache and cookies.

Firefox

Open Firefox and select the "Tools" menu. Click "Clean Recent History."

Select "Everything" from the drop-down menu next to "Time Range to Clear."

Select the boxes next to "Cache" and "Cookies" in the list below "Details."

Click "Clear Now" to erase your cache and cookies.

Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome and click the "Wrench" icon to the right of the address bar.

Select "Options" and click the "Under the Hood" tab. Click "Clear Browsing Data" under "Privacy" and select the boxes next to "Empty the Cache" and "Delete Cookies and Other Site Data.

" Select "Everything" from the "Clear Data From This Period:" drop-down menu.

Click "Clear Browsing Data" to empty your cache and delete your cookies.

Hope this helps.

When try to sign in it says cookies won.t allow it i neeed access to my email what do i do cookies seem to be preventing me from logging on to get to my email

I assume you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Open the Control Panel > Internet Options > General > and below the general tab, locate "browsing history", select "delete browsing history on exit", click "Delete" > "Apply" > "Ok" (you have to do this while the internet explorer is closed, otherwise all the cookies and temporary files will be unable to delete).

Now open the internet explorer and access the site again. Hope it's gone now and you can access your mails.

If in case the problem persists, you need to use a system cleaner, (click here to download a cleaner-freeware) or run the disk clean-up wizard, open "My Computer" right-click C: > "Properties" > "Disk Cleanup" > on the disk cleanup wizard dialog box options, select the applicable location/programs including Temporary internet files and Temporary files, click "Ok".

[If you are using another browser like Mozilla firefox, googlechrome, etc..etc.. it's best and easiest to run the program mentioned above, but always run the program while the browser is closed]

That'll definitely fix your problem.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Info like this is saved in Cookies from your Temporary Internet Files and called up from the Cookies folder if they are not in TIF. Whilst in Internet Explorer, click Tools/Options and delete Temporary Internet Files. See if that works. If not, go back there, go to the Cookies folder and delete any Cookies that have Yahoo in the title or address.

Every time I try to log in it says done but with errors. I can type in my username and password but no matter what the log in button won't work. I haven't been able to get on facebook in days

i would clear the temporary files, and cookies and start over.
depending on the browser you are using, the method changes slightly. Tools > Delete Temporary Files , or Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files.

then you might want to Reduce your Security settings on your browser. remember to change them back if they do not resolve your problem. in Internet Explorer , Tools > Internet Options> Privacy Tab. then drop the slider down to Medium and test logging into the site again.
you might want to also add the site to your Trusted Sites list under the Security tab.

you might have a virus.
download and scan your system with (www.malwarebytes.com) Malware scanner - then get and install Spybot S&D and scan your PC again with that, and apply the security it offers .
