1. Go to www.panasonic.com
2. At the top of screen, look for "support", click on it.
3. Then look for "operating manuals", click on it.
4. A new window appears, enter the "model number", then
check the terms and conditions box, then click the Locate Manual button. The file requires a PDF reader like "Adobe Acrobat ReaderTM "
5. A new window appears, then click on the link under the "File Name". Some files are quiet large several MBs.
Hope this helps

Go to this link which is Funai the manufacturer of your DVD Recorder. Type in the model number on top right side and the manual download will show up.. It did for me

http://www.funai-corp.com/support/manuals.aspx

You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF file. If you dont already have it you can get it here for free

Record from VHS to DVD

i should imagine so if they are not copy protected films i.e shop ones .if they are tv films on tapes etc then it would be possible to do so.
via insert the vhs tape and insert the blank dvd in to its tray
play the vhs tape and press rec to record on to dvd .
although the manual might give a better guide to doing this .
