a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

In the product manual it indicates there is a SD card slot, along with a USB port, so there is a physical method to change the map data to your locale.
However, you should contact the manufacturer to see if their firmware allows you to change/add maps. Garmin GPS units have this capability, and I have used their topo & Road maps together with very good results for off-road adventures out in AZ & Utah.

SOURCE: Power conversion from UK to US
Check the label on your system's power supply, looking for "120/240 VAC" or something similar. If you find it, then this means that your system has a universal power supply, which supports both 120 VAC (used in US) & 240 VAC (used in UK).
You can also search for this in your system's user manual.
You can also use a UPS which outputs 120/240 VAC. You will also benefit from the clean conditioned voltage output from the UPS, besides the capability to have the chance to power off the system gracefully in case of power outage.
