Clean the printhead with a cleaning pen. (You can order cleaning pens here.) Perform
the "Dump Mode" process found in the QuickStart Guide and print the configuration label. If
print quality is poor, it is possible that your labels are poor quality. Try loading a new roll of
labels and perform the "Dump Mode" process again. If print quality is still inconsistent, return
your printer for service.

Zebra eltron LP 2824 printing too light

This could simply be old direct thermal labels. Direct thermal labels have a shelf life of about 1 year from the date of manufacture. After that time has lapsed the thermal coating on the labels begins to dissipate and this will cause labels to print light or faded. You can trouble shoot with a roll known to be fresh. You can get one free here to test Labeldomain com .

I am using a Zebra S4M Thermal printer with Zebra brand labels. I changed out the roll of labels with a new roll and it will not print. It completed the task like it always does but i only get a blank...

The new labels are probably not thermal labels. Test them by applying heat to the surface and see if they turn black. If they do not change, then they are thermal transfer labels and not direct thermal. Contact your label vendor and have them replaced.

Changed rolls of labels on Zebra GX 420T and now nothing prints

Were the new labels thermal paper? Thermal printers need specially made paper to work right.

Poor Quality Print on Zebra 105SL direct thermal

How many labels has the printer printed? Because it sounds to me like you just need to replace the print head.

They are around $400 from whomever your supplier is, and very easy to replace.

Labels enlarged

if they are diferent resolutions, ex. you change from 200 dpi to 300 dpi, you need to change something inside the printer like the gears (just reversing the platten roller gear and the the withe gera on the motor) and you are printing on 300 dpi with very small fontes.
