Check with new smps if the problem then try with new ram,still the problem then change the cmos battery,if the problem still there then remove all the drives and data cable take out the mother board and put it on see if the problem is there if still the problem is there then you mother board are gone you have to replace it

The system has been corrupted with viruses. Please install the OS to fix the issue. If your PC doesn't contain any important data, I recommend you to partition and format entire hard-drive and install the OS.

If it is within warranty, pls take it to the service center along with yr cabinet. Let them fit the wires within the cpu. if u have fitted it on yr own, It seems that u have not fitted properly, the wirings.

You need to remove the Heatsink from the CPU and re apply heatsink compound to both the CPU and the heatsink then replace the heatsink onto the CPU. the reason for the overheating and shutdown is that the connection between the heatsink and the CPU has become "Aged" and no longer transfers the heat like it should

When asking for saving file ends with .exe say yes to that and place it on desktop and try install it.

My computer turns off


Solution:


i) instant releif: click start button---->click RUN----> then type  shutdown -a   in the Text box------> 
   you'll see that message disappears.....


ii) i would this problem is due to virus so try reloading your OS or formating your OS or loading the OS Freshly, before that try to run Antivirus Scanning on your system....

Everytime i log on within a couple of minutes i get a message qsaying that a program was unable to load and by the computer i have 1 minute until it shuts off what do i do?

I believe you mean help and support service. In which case:

1> Go Start -> Control Panel -> ( under Performance) Admin Tools -> Computer Mangement
2> After opening the computer manager, you'll see three explorer branches on the left of the util, the last will be Services and Applications. Click the + next to it to expand it if needed.
3>Under Services and Apps, click on Services in the left explorer panel.
4> It should show several services to the right hand side. Click anywhere on a service and hit "h" to fast navigate until you hit Help and Support.
4.1>On the same line as the name, there should be an entry saying what startup mode it is in - Auto, Manual, or Disabled. If it is in auto, it should already be running, and the "Status" field should say "Started" - if it isn't started, it will be in step 5.
4.2If the service is on Manual, it wont start itself - if you need it in the future, you should right click on the entry and then Properties.
4.2.1>Once in properties, make sure you're in the "General" tab. Once there, a pop-down field next to a label of "Startup type" is where you want to change it to Automatic.
4.3> If the service is Disabled, you will need to follow step 4.2, and set it through Properties to either Manual or Auto.
5> Right Click the entry for Help and Support, and click Start. This should start the service.

This is the wrong venue for your request. You should apply to HP to become a qualified HP service center. Anyone attemping to repair HP equipment outside HP approval will invalidate warranttes.
