Question about KitchenAid Refrigerators
Your temperature control board is the problem. It controls the temperature settings in the Refrigerators.Since you say power flickered. This is the obvious cause for the temperature control borad to be defective.Sudden high or low signal to the board will cause the resistors to break of it will make capacitors to be defective. You have to do continuity testing on the board to find out the exact resistors or capacitors or transistors to be replace.
Some time the fuse may also create this problem it is also soldered on the board.
Note:Sometimes switching it off for 8 hours more will solve the problem because if it is defrost issue and system takes time to defrost the Refrigerators.
