Under your printers and faxes. make sure that the print jobs arent paused. If there is print jobs waiting, try to unpause them if paused. Otherwise remove all the pending print jobs, restart your PC and make sure all the print jobs are cleared. Then give it another go.
take out all the print jobs from the printer by control panel and the printer section. Right click on the printer that you have a problem and delete all print jobs. Close the printer and the computer. Make sure all the cables are connected good. Then restart the printer and computer you should be fine.
