Is there a parts list available for a York condensing unit?

If you go to an a/c parts place with the old part they will match it. That way you get the right h/p axle diameter etc. Some times you may need to do a little modification, ie. say you have a bad capacitor & it's a dual capacitor, You may need to replace it with 2 instead of 1 and change the mounting because the dual is an unusual part and singles are not. Newer units may need to go to the manufacturer. I had a variable speed fan motor and it had to be manufacturer-ed to replace it. The control boards are far from standardized as well.

Thermostat wiring from York air handeler to York condenser

Hi,
For a competent expert to be able to answer your problem, you will need to givea specific make and model of your unit.
Also include as much as possible about what you have already tried to do toresolve the problem along with exactly what is not working or what the unit isnot doing that it is supposed to do.
This will help us experts to be able to give you the correct advise the firsttime, without having to guess so much as to what is actually happening.

Thank you!

I have an old York outside compressor/coil/fan unit, CDHF36-6A, that I need to replace as it is no longer repairable. What is the capacity of this unit and what Carrier unit would be a good replacement?
