Looking at the ph, the ear holes are very small. Maybe just drilling out the holes to a larger size might work. I will be getting the ph here shorly and will know for sure in a few days.

On my Samsung phone, I just put the volume up while talking on the phone. Anytime, press the volume key, and if a visual appears on the screen, tap the gear to the right and it will open up options for different types of volumes.
The other way should be to go into your settings and choose sounds.
Are you wanting to adjust the ringer volume? If so, open the phone, tilt phone to the right 45 degrees, the two bottom buttons on the left side are for ringer volume control, up and down. As far as volume control into the ear , it is the same left side control buttons. Volume is from 0-7, 7 being the highest. That is how it is on my Rugby phone. Good luck.

If your phone doesn't have a problem with the volum quility then its a problem with the earpiece.
some of them are made very cheap. so you may ned to go for anothr one.

Dear, your phone's head speaker is not working so you just need to go to a mobile phone repairer to change your speaker. Speaker is not expensive, If you want to change speaker yourself then its is not very difficult to change, you just need to put new speaker in the place of speaker. Thanks
