Turn the printer on.
Lift the hinged cover to expose the print-heads.
Look inside that cover, to see if instructions are affixed there.
After a few seconds, the print-head will slide to a position where you can remove the ink-cartridge -- you may have to press "down" to "unlock" it from its normal position, and then it should slide out.
Or, there may be a piece of plastic covering the ink-cartridge.
Push on that to "unlock" it, and swivel it "up" to fully expose the ink-cartridge.
