I use DP-1820E as a network printer, so I installed the driver on a couple of PC. But some PC can't print on it. If I try to print, the Print Spooler service (windows's service) is stopped. I can turn it on manually. But in a few seconds, it's stopped again. Fortunately, it happened on some PCs only. Anybody can help?

I had the same problem so went to http://www.bayshoreoffice.com/drivers/#DP-1820E and downloaded the relevant driver. I needed the vista one. As suggested above just replace the old one with the new one. The zip file I downloaded also had instructions on how to do that.

Had same problem. Downloaded Standard GDI printer driver from http://www.bayshoreoffice.com/drivers/ dated April 11 2007 and overwrote old driver with the updated one (ver4.2 I think) and printing to DP-1829E was restored. Strangely PCL printing won't work at all!
