Rotate dial until current time lines up with arrowhead; when plugged
in, dial rotates
48 segments located on dial; each segment is 1/2 hour
Segment pulled up = lights OFF
Segment down = lights ON
Override switch located top of timer, move switch to TIMER

Instructions for Utilitec 0148297 are supposed to be same as Woods 59366

2) If this is not your timer, then stop by Lowes and buy another timer.
Use sharp blade to carefully cut open side of package, and slide out instructions.
Scan instructions into pdf format and post instructions on your website.
