8 sheet diamond cut shredeer (by 2 users)

Put in lubricant sheet and shredder worked fine for aobut 20 sheets, then it jammed. Looked inside and found shreds jammed in all the empty spaces and five tines impacted with paper that I could not remove. Spent more than and hour removing al the sreds and trying to clean the tines with the help of three libricant sheets,
Shreeder works fine in reverse, but only tolerates one sheet before quitting. How can i ge the paer on the times off?

after using lubricant sheets shredder was fine for a while . Now every sheet wr4aps around the teeth and I cannot get if off because it is wrapped so tightly around. Please help.
