Motorola e680I I replace new battery and new charger but still it does not charge.

Remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.Hope this helps!

HEY THOSE CHINESE CHARGER ARE NOT GOOD.. THEY SUM HOW NEVER CHARGE THE BATTERY PROPERLY ND THE BACKUP IS LESS. CHARGE USING UR MOTOROLA CHARGER ND IF U STILL EXPERIENCE PROBLEM THEN U BETTER GO TO MOTOROLA

More than likely the battery is done for...

I myself have so many phones that have batteries that will no longer charge or much less retain a 5 minute charge due to them being on ice for the longest time.

Best bet is to replace the battery with a new/used one.

Just try to remove any dust on phone battery metallic surfaces etc ,the phone will work normally. you need also to use usb. this generally happens when there is 0 power left in phone for long time
