my coppier cannon np7161 starting error e000 cannot clear. i cannot enter services mode by service manual

Apprenticego to servce mode by just press additional function key than 2& 8 no. key together than again additional function key. than by pressin light and dark button go to clear all option than press (A) in light dark button. now switch off your machine than on.
