Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Put an audio disc in player and play it, if unit plays then go to last track then first track to make sure optical laser lens moves freely inside player then check again with dvd disc playback.
If player does not play audio cd as well then optical lase block sounds defective and need to be replaced by professional in your area.
And if unit playback audio disc but wont play dvd disc then clean optical lens manually with good quality cotton swab that might fix the issue as some time thin layer of dust on lens causing trouble to read disc data.
Hope these info will help you.
