Reset the router by pressing the reset button on the router. it's just a small red button labelled "reset" and it can be pressed using the tip of a pen.

There must be a small reset button on your router. Hold it down for 30 seconds. Release it. wait for one minute. Now unplug the power and plug it back in. Wait for 1 minute.
Once you reset the router, it will come back to factory default settings.
You will need to reconfigure the router form the start according to your Internet service provider.

Ineed to lock acess on 2 ports off a 8 port wired router.

The best solution is the reset the Router, this will unlock it, there should be a little hole in the back of the router that you can poke with a paper clip, power on your Router while poking the hole, this will bring your Router to the state it was when you first bought it,
then you should have all the ports open, and be able to reprogram it.

Reprogram my router

Theres no need to "Reprogram" your router.
A) Remove the power cable from the back of your router.
B) "Reboot" your DSL modem. In some cases there is a reset button on the bottom or back of the DSL modem. In other cases you must remove the power cord then remove the battery - then put it back together.
C) One the DSL modem has power, restore power to the router.
D) I would at this point reboot your PC in case a new IP was assigned (Unlikely, but to be safe)
