We tried everything in terms of cleanup without success.

I have the exact same problem and if I push the button on the side of the monitor where the menu and adjustments are it will stop for a couple of seconds then starts back. I have unplugged and put in safe mode and does the same thing. Also when turning on I noticed that the initial screen with Microsoft loading is cut short on the side. Please help someone, this is not a good time to have to put out alot of money for me, but I need my computer.

Does it do this even at the initial boot screen (BIOS screen - when you first turn on the computer) or only when Windows comes up? If it is when Windows boots, it could be your resolution or refresh rate. If you boot into Safe Mode (by pressing F8 before Windows starts up, a menu will come up... select Safe Mode), do you get the twitchy picture? Please let me know so I can possibly help you further.

What does it mean when "auto processing" keeps popping up on my monitor, right in the middle, in my face

You either have a faulty signal or the correct input is not selected on the monitor.Note the source has to give it input for that signal to go away.If the pc is on and it display that message the video card is bad.Try the monitor on another source.
good luck

Processing auto configuration

Check your settings in "Power Options Properties".
Control panel/ power options/ advanced/ under power buttons make sure you have "shut down" when you press the power button on your computer.
I hope I am understanding your problem correctly. If not pls. explain what you mean by and when processing auto config. keeps flashing. Is there a black screen or a windows interface?

Monitor will not turn off and keeps flashing the words Auto processing

it is not a bad rom. if it was a rom it would constantly act up but it only acts up upon overheating. The solution is difficult but if you open the monitor you can find all of the heatsinks take them of and replace them with bigger ones. or have a fan blowing on it at all time it is active i added bigger heatsinks to my emachine le1799 and it solved this problem of pulling up menu and changing setting by itself and the lack of the ability to turn power of.

It solved by fixing 1024X786 pixel solution.if it not possible by fixing it..
Then look over the VGA driver is correctly support or not
if not then you have to update the VGA (Display) by drivers
