On a cross-fit trainer, it will be a loose joint or worn bushing. It has two belts a primary and a secondary. It is possible that one has parted near the join and is bumping as it goes of the pulley.
I have found many manuals just by checking online, i.e. "maxxus trainer manual", and see what pops up. You'd be surprised. If that doesn't work, contact the dealer.
