You must be using phone memory as it is very less so either select memory card for recieving and saving messeges or if you do not have memory card then you have to delete some messeges or the songs if you have saved in the phone

its not only messeges in the inbox but the messeges in the outbox , sent messeges and saved ones also consume space that is spared for the messeges by the mobile so u have to create space by deleting items from ur inbox, outbox, saved and the sent messeges folders

I also get the same message "to delete some data.your phone memory is full

Hi there, your phone memory is full that's why these message. How to solve? OK . Follow these carefully.
1. transfer all your Contact phone memory to Memory
card.
2 . Click Message then press Option. Select Setting
& then Others. Now open the Other & select the
Memory in use option. When you click there you
find two option. # Phone memory # Memory Card.
Just select Memory card and save the settings.
After that confirm your self that, all the contact are transfer in Memory card. In future when you received a message or add a new Contact that will save in your Memory card & your phone memory will have a free space. Even when you install games /song/photos/movies etc Select the Memory card always.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Can not send or receive sms.though memory space is free 746Mb

Here "Not Enough Memory" Suggests either the SIM Memory is full or the Phone Memory is full. It has nothing to do with te Memory Card.

As you say there is only one SMS in the INBOX, I suggest you check the SIM Memory. It will be full. Delete some data from SIM memory. It shud work
