Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Everytime i try to create an oovoo account it always say operation failed please try again...why is that and what can i do

Just tell your system's firewall to permit ooVoo, and open a few ports to it (and NAT them through on your router), per:
http://support.oovoo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4244&task=knowledge&questionID=70
Though really, you should have IPv6 forwarding rather than PnP routing.

What, using the same phone browser each time, or are you using ooVoo's app for your Blackberry, or laptop, or something? Did you get far checking out the various things at http://www.oovoo.com/Help.aspx?pname=HelpMain ?

I cant sign in oovoo it acts as if its gonna sign in but then it says fail to sign in, can someone help

Might be a website problem. Wait a few minutes and see if it works, if not, sometimes your internet connection can cause issues with that.. Maybe try deleting all your cookies, cache, history, etc.

When I boot up the computer a pop-up message says "oovoo has stopped working" and when I go to an internet site, a pop-up states "an error has occurred in the script on this page." ...

Hi,

Try reinstalling the newest version of oovoo from here:

http://www.oovoo.com/Download.aspx

After you reinstall, restart your PC/Computer and the problem should be gone.

If that doesn't work. Uninstall oovoo, reboot your computer, reinstall oovoo, reboot your pc again, and then it should work.

I hope this helps :) Best of luck!

Hi sanchezmatth.

Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue might be with the Webcam Driver.

Before performing any troubleshooting steps, please try using the Webcam with any other Messenger Applications such as Skype, Yahoo etc.,

By doing this, we can confirm if the issue is regarding to the Webcam Driver.

If the Webcam is not working with any other Messenger Application, then the issue might be with the Webcam Driver.

Please re-install the Webcam Driver and then try using the Video chat option in the Messenger Applications.

You may download the Webcam Driver from the manufacturer Support website.

Enter the Model # of the Computer and you will obtain the Driver download page.

Please download and install the Webcam Driver and then try using it.

Please perform the above steps and check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists, please perform the further troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

1) Verify that you have the proper equipment needed to use ooVoo. You need Windows 2000 (or newer) or Mac OS 10.4 (or newer). You also need a broadband internet connection.

2) To use audio features, you need speakers and a microphone. For video features, you need a webcam.

3) Download ooVoo software at the ooVoo website. See the References section below for a direct link.
4) Install the downloaded ooVoo software on your computer. After installation, you will be prompted to create a user name and start inviting friends.

5) Find current friends on ooVoo and send them a contact request. Once the request is accepted, the contact is added to your contact list and you can contact that person through ooVoo.
6) Invite friends to join ooVoo through email. Once they join, they can be added to your contact list.
7) Start your first conversation by clicking the icon next to a contact in your contact list. You can choose to start a video call, audio call, or text chat. If the contact accepts, the call will start.
Please perform all the steps mentioned above.

This should resolve the issue.

Hope this helps.

Please feel free to ask further questions.
