There is a short somewhere else. You have to try the other boards and use the process if elimination to service this.
This is why I tell people not to go out and buy a board on a guess. It is possible to have a short somewhere else that damaged the supply, and you may now have a newly damaged supply with still having the original failure that must be first found!
The factory service people have the necessary jiggs and diagnostics tools to figure out what the problem is.
