I cannot find a new restoring point for my paker bell computer

The restore points in windows are generated automatically, in order to restore your computer to a previous date a valid restore point would need to already exist. You cannot manually assign a restore date.

The Windows operating sustem appears to be corrupted and most like to get a working computer you need to restore it back to the factore default condition.
Before you attemp to do this and to back up data, remove the hard disk from the Toshiba and connect this hard disk to an USB hard drive adapter, then plug this adapter into the USB port of a working computer. This computer will see this as an external storage device. You can then open the various folders on this drive and back up your data on this computer or an USB memory stick.

I want to restore my e-machines D620 laptop but i dont have the disk

E-machines don't have the best customer service,so, to ask them for a restore CD copy will put you in a nightmare to get it, specially if you are not the original owner. Is suppose to have on your computer a hard disk partition where are the restoration files, most of the times is E:. The restore folders some times are hidden, so you need to go to
\My computer\tools\folder options\view\ and click on show hidden files and folders.

Hi my computer will only come on in safe mode wont go on internet and when i try to do anything it tells me im not authorised

You may have to resort to re-formatting your computer and restoring it to day one. You might have gotten a virus that hijacked your computer. One way to check is bootup in safe mode and try sustem restore. Also in the boot up page just after your bios boot, see if there is an option available to select called " Boot to last known working configuration"

Hope this helps
