the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

We need a new oven door for Jenn Air model number 74007211. We have been looking everywhere and we are getting disperate. Please help!!!!

The door is not sold as a single assembled item. What part of the door is broken? You'll have to buy whichever parts you need and replace the parts of the door that are broken or, if your whole door is missing for some reason, you can buy all of the parts and assemble a whole new door. you can view a schematic at http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/M0512025-00005.png and order the parts from Jenn Air Cooking Door drawer stl Parts Model JES8850AAS

F7 code flashes on jenn aire 27 inch wall oven

The F7 code indicates that the touch pad either has a "stuck" or shorted key. Depending on the oven model, you either need to replace the touch pad or the controller (clock) and the touch pad. (Some Jenn Air appliances sell the two as one unit.)

Please add a comment with your model number to get additional information on the availability and price for the parts. (Parts may be available from a number of suppliers, including jenn-air.partselect.com.)

I hope this helps.

I have a jenn-air double oven that is level for cooking on the bottom but the top oven is not level. I can't find manuals on the oven. Is there an adjustment between the upper and the lower oven. Do you...

First check to determine if your cabinet face is plumb (level), as sometimes that is the problem. If the entire face of the cabinents are plumb on both side, you'll likely need to either shim the top edge of the upper oven section or remove the oven and readjust the leveling adjustments (or shim the rear of the upper oven assembly), depending on just how far off the oven is from being plumb and level.

I've tried searching for the installation manual for your oven and found three (3) possible model manuals that could be helpful. I've included the link to the Jenn-air site so you can look at each and glean which one would be the most helpful for your issue.

The link will show the owners manuals and installation instructions that should apply for your situation.

Jenn-Air Gas Range SEG196 NO CLOCK/DISPLAY

THE ONLY SOLUTION FOR THE BAD DISPLAY IS TO REPLACE THE CLOCK. I HAVE A JENN AIR OVEN TODAY AS A WORK ORDER TO REPLACE THE CLOCK FOR A FAILED DISPLAY.

FOR THE JGW8130DDB WITH NO POWER ANYWHERE, IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A SUPPLY PROBLEM. MAKE SURE THE WIRING IS HOOKED UP WITH THE RED AND WHITE WIRES RECEIVING 240 VOLTS AND THE WHITE WIRE ATTACHED TO NEUTRAL / GROUND.IF THE OVEN HAS A BARE COPPER WIRE AND THE HOUSEHOLD WIRING ONLY HAS THREE WIRES, COMBINE THE WHITE WIRE AND THE COPPER WIRE TOGETHER AND ATTACH TO THE HOUSEHOLD NEUTRAL / GROUND .
UNLESS YOU ARE SURE ABOUT THE HOOKUP IN THE BREAKER/FUSE BOX, DO NOT GO SIMPLY BY THE COLOR OF THE WIRES.

Jenn-Air Electric Oven - F-1 Code

You can disconnect the beeper so its not so annoying. turn oven off at breaker first. pull out oven a little so you can get at the top 2 screws on each side. The speaker is between the boards on the display module.
look for a red wire connected to a gold disc like speaker. remove this wire and you won't hear the beeping anymore.

Oven doesn't maintain temperature

When an oven doesn't maintain the set temperature, first make sure no one is allowing the heat to escape by opening its door. If not, the oven control either needs to be re-calibrated or replaced. To have the control replaced, call an appliance service person.
