Question about Life Fitness 9500HR Next Generation Remanufactured Treadmill

1 Answer

I recently replaced a liftmotor on a 9500 and it still says inoperative when turned on. The motor is a reman and I use them all the time so if the motor is good is there a sensor that needs to be replaced or something. Any help would be great! Thanks Ryan

You should first check if any cable is not loose check the connectors between the CPU and lift motor check if the Swicth home is not disconnected
or perhaps the home swicth is not compatible or damaged is possible that some connector is not in place the CPU is at the side of Emerson CONTROLLER and motor connector pins must have three any question send me a E-mail cardiotech_me@hotmail.com

Digital display not lighting up

Try this.

Start the vehicle. Rap the instrument cluster several times several times with your hand like you where knocking on a door. If the display reappears or even shows up dimly than the instrument cluster will need to be replaced.

Check with your local GM dealer. They will likely have a reman in stock as this as well as gauges inop are fairly common.

First this only applies if your cruise buttons are on your steering wheel. If so look into a possible problem with the clockspring mounted in your steering column! Good Luck!

I'm not sure what you mean by kam. I never heard of such a thing, but if your computer is losing it's memory (like a battery disconnect) try getting your battery tested. I've seen a few where the battery was weak or had a dead cell and when the motor is cranked the voltage drops low enough that it resets the pcm memory.

probably not starter but weak battery when battery low on charge you will hear solenoid on starter clicking when trying to start battery on cars do lose charge in frosty weather but it means battery old or cells in bat inop just replace bat
