I bought (2) complete set of cooks Essentials pots & pans quite a few yrs, ago. One set was returned for defects, along with the orig.sales slip from QVC. Now my set is loosing the Teflon along the edges of the pots, & 8" fry pan has completly lost all the Teflon in the pan. How do I go about returning the set? Thank you for taking the time to help me. Dear Mary:
There is not a way to do that. You have stated that the set is several years old. The set is far out of warranty and the manufacturer has no interest or responsibility to replace it. I am sorry to be the conveyor of bad news, but it is time to shop for a new set of pans.
It is very unsafe for you to continue to use the pans as consuming the loosened teflon material is proven to be a health hazard. Sounds like they had a good run and are ready to be retired.

With the prices of microwave's & since you've had it since '97 that's almost 18 yrs. don't you think you can put it out of it's misery & get a new one? Check Craig's list, the penny saver or yard sales, you'd be surprised how inexpensive they are now. I use to sell Panasonic when they first came out, so many yrs. ago,. I've always had great results with Panasonic microwaves.

I bought Cook's Essentials cook ware many years ago and I have 2 pieces that need to be replaced but i have no idea how or where to send them to be replaced under lifetime warranty, can you help.

There doesn't apear to be a web site for the company. I can only suppose that it is just a trading name.
Try speaking to Argos or QVC.co, for advice but "Lifetime Warranty" doesn't mean anything. The LifeTime of the product could be 21year for instance and probably won't cover anything that has broken.
Have a try, nothing to lose.

I have a new induction cook top. When using for the first time I found an F or P appeared next to the element I was using. I have bought stainless steel cookware specifically to use. The user manual...

Stainless steel (or Aluminium) cookware will not normally work with an Induction cooker: Induction cooker need cookware that have a certain amount of metal especially at the bottom of the pot or pan.

An easy way to check if the cookware is suitable is to use a small (fridge) magnet: if it stick to the pot/pan then it is very likely that the pot/pan is suitable for induction 'magnetic' cooking!

Hope my small hint is of assistance and if so, vote accordigly!

Yes. As the magnetron (The microwave generator) ages with use it becomes less efficient. As such it produces less powerful microwaves and loses penetrating power:::Spiceweasel.au
