I adjust the convergance cross but there is only one the moves. how do i get the rest to adjust?

If you are not able to adjust one of the Red, Blue colors you may have an open resistor(s) or one of the convergence ICs is bad.
One of the ICs and a bunch of resistors can also go bad at the same time, and it is recommended to replace both ICs even if only one color circuit is bad.
There are convergence kits which include resistors and two STK392-*** ICs available for certain TV sets.
To do the repair you need either the complete kit or find out which resistors are bad and the 2 big ICs STK392-*** the last *** 3 digits could be 110,120, 150 etc..
You de solder and remove the STK ICs and resistors if they need to be replace, install and solder the new parts, adjust the convergence
Doing this repair can be very difficult in some TVs it all depends on the layout and design of the TV and how hard to get to the convergence circuit. I have seen experienced Technicians making mistakes and even damaging the TV.
I have heard a non TV techs did this kind of repair and due, to the 1000s Volts danger of the high voltage inside the TV I suggest, to hire a TV man to do the repair can go from $200 and up.

I wish you the best..

Can't correct my red blue convergence manually or by using factory preset...the unit is 7 years old, is my picture tube bad?

You have bad convergence ICs. There are 2 ICs in the convergence circuit, one is for the Blue the other is for the Red. You can buy 2 ICs for under $40.00. Replacing these ICs require soldering and desoldering skills. Sometime, the resistors in the convergence circuit go bad also. Be very careful, there is a very high voltage in a CRT projection TV the voltage is over 30,000 volts.
Best of Luck

Panasonics will usually need the 2.2 ohm 2watt resistors replaced with the ICs , as usually at least one will blow possibly two when the ICs fail. If you didnt replace the resistors you will also most likely need to replace the ICs again as a bad resistor will ruin new ICs usually

Bad color blue green bad pic tried adj covergence no luck

The problem is either poor solder connections on the convergence ICs ore defective ICs. If you can solder, you can fix this yourself. Be aware however, of dangerous high voltages that are present even with the set unplugged. The ICs are STK392-120s and should be attached to a large heatsink. Try resoldering the pins first. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace the ICs.

52"rear projection rca hdtv

Yes it is, but that is not the typical solution to your problem. Either the solder joints at the convergence ICs are bad, or the ICs themselves are defective. Try resoldering hte pins on the ICs first. If that fails to resolve your problem replace the ICs. These will be large black ICs attached to a heatsink and marked STKxxx.

Keep us posted.

Green and red colors is out of line panasonic pt51hx42

This is a convergence problem. Either there are bad connections on the convergence ICs or the ICs have failed. Try resoldering the pins on the ICs first. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace them, These ICs are large black ICs attached to a heatsink and are most likely marked STKxxx.

Convergence was bad, and after replacing now a black screen

alot of times the convergence ICs will burn a resistor or one of the pico fuses depending on how bad the ICs were and how long the set ran with the convergence Ics bad. Its fairly common for the resistors to be burned open and they have no outword signs most times other times they may appear slightly discolored
