Re: Edit Text on a picture after Adding it
No, text in an image is not saved as text, it is encoded to each pixel that it overwrites.
do not add text in camera, save the images to a hard disk and use a simple image editor, like irfanview http://www.irfanview.com, to do the text overlays, it has undo, you can use irfanview to pixel edit the text set image
a 6ya Expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Both are just the programs to put the pictures on the computer and edit the pictures. The pictures should be on the computer.
Try to find the folders, where the programmes did store the jpegs. Or if you shoot RAW, also the RAW files.
Copy all the pictures in these folders to a different drive. The best is an external USB drive. Only after you are sure you did copy (do NOT MOVE the pictures but COPY because move will delete the originals) all the pictures to a safe place, start finding out, what could be wrong with the Olympus software.
For lots of camera's you can chose same file size, but you are right I would not trust that.
Even when you have a very good computer, with a very good hard drive, please do make backups regularly. And actually one backup is no backup. Always try to have two backups on two different media.
You go to all people Select the contact you wish to edit Bottom right select Menu Edit contact Go to the email address you wish to remove, Select in the text edit box Delete entirety of text box. Done Done

3: you are not choisen first the area you want to edit, and then the text feature to insert the text

Two steps: 1. Transfer to a PC or Mac by connecting the camera to your system (usually via USB cable), or use a card reader to transfer them. 2. Create a CD using your system software, or another app (suggest: Kodak EasyShare software which makes it easy to transfer the pictures to your PC, organize them, edit, then burn a CD). Most PCs come with software to support the burner you have on that system. Good luck. DigiChick
In a single PowerPoint presentation, there is only one Slide Master. You need to select: 'Edit' then 'Master' and then 'Slide Master' to view and edit the overall style of the presentation. You have to be careful when re-sizing or changing the text style of the Master Slide, because re-sizing will occur, which may make your text overun pictures or edges of the slides. Go through each slide carefully to make sure that your slides look the way you want them to after making edits to the Master Slide styles.
