Question about D-Link DIR-615 Wireless Router
Have you tried to use another port on the router? Anyway, the problem could either be a bad port or problem from the network service provider since none of your system was able to connect,
I will advice you try another port on your system or try call your network service provider to confirm if the problem is not from them. But am quite sure either any of the two could be the problem. call your network service provider to help troubleshoot the problem from heir end.
