When i put the rice in the coocker after 10 to 15 mins it is coming warm position

When the rice first gets done, leave it on warm for a few then unplug it. Whatever you don't eat right away put in the fridge for later.

There are lines on the inside of the inner pot that show how much rice and water to put in. It is roughly 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water. Put this inside the lower pot, put a cup or two of water in the lower pot and get it boiling, then turn it down with just enough heat to keep the water boiling. Just make sure the water doesn't boil away. The rice will be done in about 45 mins. The nice thing about this cooker is that you can't really overcook the rice. It will keep it warm and ready to serve for some time.

check the thermal fuse, it's like a small resistor that connected on the line wire.. maybe it's busted

HELLO MIEMIEGO,I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH A HAMILTON BEACH THAT I JUST BOUGHT. I DIDN'T WAIT THAT LONG FOR IT TO WARM TOUGH,I JUST WAITED 10 MIN,NOTHING HAPPENED. I JUST PACKED IT AND TOOK IT BACK TO K MART,AND EXCHANGED IT FOR A 24 CUP BLACK AND DECKER,THAT'S A BEAUTY. IT'S NICE LOOKING AND NO PROBLEMS SO FAR. I HAVE FOR A MONTH NOW AND I'M VERY GLAD FOR THIS PURCHASE ! BYE LETI50

most cookers have a basic lever down to cook/ up when rice is done or warming

2 cups med rice 3 cups water yeilds about 6 cups cooked, allow rice to sit 4 -5 min after cooking to allow to finish steaming
