Question about Hoover U6630-900 WindTunnel Bagless Upright Vacuum
Your thermal cutout is tripping. This only happens when the motor heat gets very high, and the reason it takes a while to turn back on is that the motor has to cool down before it will reset. Ensure that absolutely every air pathway is clear, because a lack of airflow will overheat your motor. If they are, you have probably blown a motor bearing, which unfortunately is not economically feasible to repair since it requires a whole new motor.
