Question about Vtech Lands Phones
I have an AT T telephone E which I understand is made by V-Tech. I had put the system aside for eight months and had not used it. I found that the base works fine, but the cordless phone is charged up, but has lost contact with the base. There is no signal. The print out on the cordless phone lited display indicates, "No Base Subscription" then it ask, Enter base ID. ############. I no longer have the instructions, so I don't know what to do to regain the signal. I like the phone and would like to use it. What can I do to get it working? I can be contacted at 318 312-0653 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you much.
Place the handset on the base station for 10 seconds or so and it should re connect it. But if not you can look for the Base ID # on a tag under the base and enter it manually when prompted.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
