I recently (maybe 2 years ago) bought a camera from your store and it was stolen. And now I'm browsing the internet for another and as i'm doing so I vaguely recall the sales person asking if i wanted insurance on it. I vaguely recall her saying something like: "with something this small, it's really advisable".
I'm thinking i went ahead and got it but i'm not completely sure. Would Best Buy have a record of it?

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Please go to Setup menu and select Initialize option to reset camera to default settings that might solve blurry picture problem, if that does not help then its technician job to adjust focus of camera. Thanks.
I had a similar problem with my Cyber-shot S600. It just turned off every time I tried to take a photo. I bought a Sony recharger + batteries and it fixed the problem. Camera works fine and I'm impressed with the how long the batteries last between charges.
Hey MALENATATI, If the insurance you are talking about is a service plan from a Best Buy™ store and the service plan is an ADH plan it should cover the repair of the LCD screen. Hey maddie13, Unfortunately the 2yr replacement plan you purchased does not cover cameras that are stolen, but what usually does is homeowners insurance, or rental insurance, or car insurance if it was in your car at the time.
