My Zebra 105Se printer keeps printing blank labels

There are several reasons why this could be happening. If the computer accessing the printer changed then I assume the new computer was recently set up with software to send print information to the printer. I would start with simple calibration and move from there. Zebra Technologies 105SL Printer Calibrating the Printer With Video

How can you configure Zebra printer 105sl (over network) to print labels in IE and have a regular printer from reducing the document size from a thin client?

I have this issue whenever I set my default printer to a label printer. Use the other printer as the default and set to the zebra only when you need it.

How to install a zebra 105sl printer

Install? Well that could mean a lot of different things. Just plug it up and run the ribbon and labels through their correct paths. I don't know anything about your network. (If you even need to set it up that way.) You can just connect it to the back of your PC. Follow this link. This will tell you all about the specifications of the 105SL. Not really your connections though....... http://www.intermeccorp.com/pdf/105SLusersguide.pdf

My Zebra 105SL printer is printing very slow. How do I upload my Caret file to this printer?

Caret file? Do you mean zpl, the actual label to be printed? If so you can access that from the web interface, just point your browser to the printers ip and follow the menu's. If it's not on a network you can use a command prompt the "type" the message to the com port. Just create a text file with the zpl and save it, then in a command prompt browse to the directory that contains the zpl and issue the command "type zpl.txt > com1" or whatever com it's on.

Increasing Speed on Zebra 105sl

If you are refering to print speed, from the label format, press F5 to bring up the LABEL & SETUP PROPERTIES. Click on LABEL OPTIONS and print speed will be the first choice.

If you are refering to how fast data is sent to the printer, then that depends on the connection to the PC and whether you are using true-type fonts or not.

Hope that helps !
