Replace the roller in the paper draw first, try a different paper draw if that fails replace the paper draw roller as, then have the rollers though out the machine cleaned, get tech to come out and look the machine over very old machine might need maintenance

Can you explain where exactly the paper jams, just check any obstruction in the paper path, or clean all the clutches/ sensors for registration and transport

On your operation panel is a graphic of the copier with numbers on it. The 6 area is on the right side of the copier. Look at the door labeled R1. This is the area as well as the 2 paper trays. I would check those as well.
