Go to http://www.genevawatchgroup.com/ (who make the watch) and then to "customer service".

You will find a contact number and they should be able to advise you.

How do I remove a link from SNDD51P1 bracelet

On the back of the bracelet you will see arrows. This is the direction to push out the pins between the links. This is best done on a folded towel to prevent slipping.

You need a fine watchmakers screwdriver to gently push out the pins. Remove the excess links, reconnect and push the pins back in the same direction as they come out. If you need more than one link out then do it evenly at each side of the clasp.

Take care in case any tiny spring collars fall out of the centre or side of the link. make sure these are put back as they hold the pin in tightly.

Dear Sir, I have one of the above Omega Seamasters which was bought in June 2007. Since then the bracelet has fallen apart 4 times now and Swatch want me to pay for a new one. Is this normal for a bracelet...

Hi dunphysteven

It is not normal that the bracelet falls so often.
There seems to be an issue with the product. However the warranty period in most cases is limited to 2-3 years, which unfortunately has crossed in your case.
Therefore in this case u need to pay for the bracelet.

Alternatively you can sell your watch on ebay or some other similar site with the mention that bracelet is an issue.

Hope this helps you.

After buying this model watch bracelet links are rusted and torn with one year of purchasing. When i took that watch to the show room where i purchased. They kept it for 40 days saying that they has to...

mcdevito75 here, Many watches built today are not comming out with replacement Bands (straps, Bracelets) from the factory, the cost of makeing and keeping extra bands on hand is too high, they should at least have a few extra links to replace worn ones. Chances are your warantee is over on the watch and in that case, you"ll have to find another band, Bracelet on your own. Best Bet, visit a small watch repair shop in your area for another bracelet, band, Strap.

How do you remove the links from an invicta subaqua venom stainless bracelet?

it's not much harder then normal push pins, just a little trick..push the pin out, doesn't matter which way. You will probably have to pull it out with pliers once you get it started.

once that pin is out, the band still won't come apart. There is another pin, a tube actually that the other pin went thru. it connects the center links. to remove it, you have to first remove the outer links. to do this you push them inwards, toward where your wrist would be if you were wearing it. (the links are actually two pieces-the center 'snake-skin' piece, and the outer bars. the outer bars are connected behind the center piece) the outer bars are what you push inward, they will pop out once the first pin is out.

Now you will just have the center piece connected to the adjacent center piece. That second pin (the tube) will just about fall out if you turn the band on its side. Now the bracelet will come apart.

To put back together, just line up the to center pieces, slide in the tube, then put the outer links in from behind the center piece (this actually locks the tube in place) then put in the long pin.

Ideally it will slide in halfway easily, then carefully tack it in fully. if it doesn't get in halfway jiggle the links and tap lightly. Don't use too much force until it's past 2/3 inserted or you will bend the pin.

I don't know this company but if it's 18k then I'd recommend you contact the company. See if they have a website and email customer service or see if they have a store or service center locator.
